At Southern Outlaw Scents, each product is handmade and crafted with care. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund guidelines in place.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.
Scent Disclaimer
Scent preferences are subjective, and we cannot guarantee that every fragrance will meet personal expectations. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference.
Order Issues
If there is an error with your order (wrong item received, missing item, etc.), please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Shipping
Southern Outlaw Scents is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
