Thank you for shopping with Southern Outlaw Scents! Each product is handmade with care, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.


Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or market events.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days (depending on the carrier). Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Southern Outlaw Scents is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Southern Outlaw Scents is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

Local pickup may be available for customers in the DFW metroplex area. Please contact us prior to ordering to arrange pickup details.
